Your Corporate Membership Options
WorkLife Central now offers clients two levels of corporate membership packages - Standard and Premium - offering varying levels of content, client service and advisory support.
Both options offer your employees and ERGs free access to WorkLife Central’s full range of expert-led content and resources, and include our tailored client service commitment supporting communications and engagement. For organisations seeking an elevated level of service and impact, our Premium package adds a number of key additional benefits, including a bespoke virtual event for your employees, ‘Friends & Family’ access, co-branded engagement materials and support from our expert speaker network.

- ✔ Free WLC Programme access for all employees All your employees will enjoy free access to our easily accessible, multi-format programme, offering expert-led, preventative wellbeing support for individuals across all ages and life stages.
- ✔ Comprehensive support for ERG leads of internal networks for: Families and Carers, LBGTQ+, Race and Ethnicity and Ability, Disability and Neurodiversity. These unique communities connect leads of internal Networks at more than 60 organisations. They provide invaluable opportunities for collaboration and learning, through peer networking, expert advice and sharing of best practice and case studies - supporting network leads, chairs and committees in their role, and providing them with the resources they need to keep their network growing and thriving.
- ✔ Client Service supporting engagement All clients receive dedicated support with the internal launch of their corporate membership, semi-annual calls on the latest programme content, and advice on internal engagement.
- ✔ Downloadable usage reports Clients have access to our Corporate Admin Portal where they can access usage reports on demand, covering any desired time period. All usage data is anonymous.
- ✔ Themed content flyers and communications resources Clients have access to our Corporate Admin Portal where, alongside usage reports, they can download communications case studies and a range of themed content flyers for internal use.
- ✔ WLC demo – Lunch and Learn We offer all clients an annual 1hr Lunch and Learn demo session with a member of the WLC team to showcase the WLC programme and platform to employees or network leads.
- ✔ RSS Feed - embed WLC into your intranet We've launched a new, simple tool to enable you to put the latest content from WorkLife Central in front of your employees. Add our RSS feed to your intranet page and the feed will update automatically whenever new content is published. This allows your employees to browse WorkLife Central articles, guides, podcasts, videos and live events in one convenient place, without the need for manual updates.
- ✔ Annual WLC Programme Preview Each December, all clients will be invited to a virtual meeting where WLC's Head of Content Fran Murrells will provide a preview of the programme for the year ahead.

This is a 1hr online event delivered by an expert of your choice (from our hand-picked list) and arranged specifically for your firm and employees, using the webinar platform of your choice. We'll do all the planning and hosting so you don't have to. Additional bespoke events are available at an additional cost.
- ✔ WLC Friends and Family Membership Our Premium package offers all employees the ability to invite up to 3 friends or family members to have complimentary access to WLC and enjoy our full programme without charge. This can be reviewed annually and will automatically terminate if the employee leaves the member firm, or if the member firm cancels their corporate subscription

- ✔ Co-branded flyers and comms resources As well as the suite of marketing materials available to all clients, the Premium packages offers up to 5 co-branded flyers per year and up to 5 bespoke flyers featuring 6 - 8 pieces of content, selected by you.
- ✔ WLC participation at your annual benefits fair Premium members can request attendance at a benefits fair once a year. Participation remains subject to availability. For Standard packages, this can be priced separately.
- ✔ Annual WLC Programme Preview Each December, all clients will be invited to a virtual meeting where WLC's Head of Content Fran Murrells will provide a preview of the programme for the year ahead.
- ✔ Annual 1-1 Internal Programme Planning Consultation for your Network Leads Premium members are eligible for one bespoke call per year, to assist your network leads / chairs / HR calendar planning teams on your internal events calendar planning.
- ✔ Participation on WLC Programme Development Panel Premium members are invited to join our Development Panel – where your feedback and suggestions will be gathered and assessed for inclusion in WLC's programme in the coming year.
- ✔ Speaker recommendations and introductions We can provide recommendations and introductions to expert speakers for your internal events.
