Michael Brown has worked as a leadership consultant, public speaker and best-selling author for over 20 years. During that time he has met 10,000 people at all levels face to face in a training context. This has given him unique insight into the challenges facing employees, and the tools and techniques they find most useful. He brings this field research into his client facing work.

Earlier in his career he spent 15 years in sales and marketing in the hospitality business, learning largely by trial and error. Prior to that he studied at Eton and Oxford.
